HAMPTON INN, SOUTHRIDGE FAQ
Q. How far are you from Yeager Airport? A. We are just over 10 miles west of the Yeager Airport (CRW). Depending on traffic, this is usually a 15-20 minute drive.
Q. Do you have shuttle service? A. The Hampton Inn Southridge offers complimentary transportation to and from Yeager airport.
Q. Do you accept pets in the rooms? A. We do not offer pet rooms. If you need a pet room, please visit our sister property, the Charleston Conference Center Hotel.
Q. Do you have internet access? A. Yes, we provide complimentary Wireless High-Speed Internet access in all guestrooms and in the lobby. We also offer a complimentary business center in the lobby with a computer workstation with Internet access and a self-service printer, copier and fax machine.
Q. Do you have a swimming pool? A. Yes. Use of our pool is complimentary to Hampton Inn guests only. Pool depth is 3 ft and there is no lifeguard on duty.
Reservations confirmation and guarantee policy: A credit card is required as a guarantee on reservations, and a valid card must be presented at check in. Any reservation made without a guarantee will be cancelled at 6pm on the day of arrival unless special arrangements have been made. Faxed, emailed or mailed confirmation letters are available upon request.
Cancellations and charges: The hotel has a 6pm cancellation policy. Any guaranteed reservation not cancelled by 6pm the day of arrival will be charged a no-show charge of the entire room rate.
Check in and Checkout times: Check-in time is 4:00pm, and all guaranteed reservations can check in any time after 4:00. Checkout time is 12 noon. Early check-in and late checkouts can be arranged for guests with special needs, please inquire with the front desk.
Entrances and security to the hotel: All doors and gates to the hotel are either only accessible by a guest cardkey or are locked after 9pm. The lobby entrance to the front desk is open 24 hours and we have 24-hour staff on property at night.
Facilities for Guests with Disabilities: The Hampton Inn Southridge has ADA accessible public restrooms in the lobby of the hotel. ADA accessible guestrooms are available and should be requested at the time of making your reservation. Devices for the hearing impaired are available from the Front Desk. |
